Local loop of 'time1.hs-augsburg.de':
This is one of our three main (stratum 2) NTP servers,
a tiny PC running Linux and doing nothing but NTP.
The upper diagram shows accuracy and stability
of the local clock loop. (ppm: pulses per minute)
Time and frequency standard deviations roughly follow
the respective offsets:
